What we ask for
- Open to work in shifts and rotational week off
- Handle both Outbound and Inbound call center scenarios
- Tele sales (Previous Tele-sales experience will be an added advantage)
- Making (For this purpose, basic computer proficiency with typing speed of 15 words /min with accuracy of 85 % is mandatory)
Requirements
- UG/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills, both- Hindi & English
