Responsibilities Achieving timely scope for quality samples for each LOB Accuracy in scores and ATA Managing Calibrations with partners and clients Driving customer journey improvement Identifying product, process and tech issues Doing RCAs for complaints and driving complaint management system
Experience above 5 years only in Quality Domain
Min Education Qualification Graduate
Preferred Education Qualification MBA or masters
Certificates Six Sigma Black Belt / Green belt (preferred- not mandatory)
Skill Needed Advance Excel, Project Management Skills
