  • Lead and Manage the Control tower team to focus on the following key areas: o Pro-Active Notification and effective communication. o Exception Management (Alert Management); o Ensure service delivery alignment with agreed client SLA’s. o Improve service output for existing accounts on an ongoing basis o Drive understanding of contracts, terms and conditions, SOW • Ensure that the team adhere to service standards / SLA covering all SOW agreed with customer • Monitor data integrity of systems

  • Shifts - Rotational 

    Excellent Communication Skills

    Back-office/Operations Experience Required
