Assistant Manager - Market Research
Experience: 3-4 Years
Location: Mumbai
o Work on Customer experience Surveys like NPS / CES / CSAT
o Work on market research reports and estimate the upcoming market numbers, trends, characteristics, and scenarios.
o Carry out in-depth analysis; primary research or NPS to analyse various insights; uses the data gathered during the research to carry out the market, customer, and vendor analysis.
o Designing actual questionnaires based on the objective of the report and market understanding.
o Assisting in primary research through telephone or direct-mail surveys or face-to-face interview studies.
o To develop and monitor the quality of reports, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
o Do Stakeholders Meeting to create Plan of Action Basis Consumer Insights
o Work experience in the market research industry required
o Excellent in Primary Research, Creating B2C or B2B Customer Surveys, Moderating FGDs
o Good with Business/analytic writing and presentation skills.
o Relevant experience with Market Research Organisation will be preferred.
o Minimum 2 to 4 years of the Market Research or Banking industry.
o Primary Research, Writing, Identification of client needs, Strong report writing skills.
o Good Client Management / Coordination Skills or Experience
o Based out of Mumbai
