Responsibilities:
  • Job Description: Respond to B2B in-bound customer calls regarding product/service request, complaints, enquiry. 

    Out-bound calls to leads generated through various sources to convert to sales.

Requirements:
  • Location: Technopolis Knowledge Park, Chakala, Andheri (E), Mumbai
    Work hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 6 days a week, rotational shifts.
    Educational requirement: HSC pass, fluency in English required.
